GTP Software is excited to announce the acquisition of Conduit Studio, an innovative Revit add-in from LokaForma. Conduit Studio's unique conduit splitting, split management, data management, and bend instructions take conduit modeling to the next level. We're confident that integrating this software into WireWorks v7 will bring even more value to our customers.
Conduit Studio fits perfectly with GTP Software’s existing offering, WireWorks & STRATUS. WireWorks provides conduit model auditing, conduit data synchronization across all parts of a conduit run, and easy integration with Revit. Additionally, WireWorks allows for easy tracking of modeled equipment and conduits in a simplified visual representation of the one-line, the WireWorks schematic. The software also enables easy conduit identification for offsets and kicks, conduit routing tools for standardizing the drawing process for parallel conduit spacing, offsets, and kicks, and wire length reports that include conduit and makeup lengths associated with equipment and pull boxes.
Integrating Conduit Studio into WireWorks will offer an even more comprehensive solution for our customers. A distinct enhancement is that users can now work with standard Revit families both with and without fittings. The Align Couplings, Decouple Run, and Conduit Length features will complement WireWorks' conduit model auditing and synchronization. The Split Multiple, Split To Fitting, and Split Run tools will also provide enhanced conduit routing capabilities by allowing users to automatically place couplings where needed per standard material stock lengths. Additionally, Conduit Studio's Data Manager will enable easy conduit run data management, custom parameter grouping, and exporting to a .txt file, all of which will be useful additions to WireWorks. Lastly, the enhanced functionality will provide seamless integration with STRATUS’ auto assembly creation and bring bend file data directly into STRATUS.
We're thrilled to add Conduit Studio’s functionality to the GTP product lineup and are excited about the possibilities this acquisition brings.
